Free Seniors Exercise Class: Tai Chi on the Chair

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until December 23, 2019
Tai Chi on the Chair is a 40 minute session of gentle movements on the chair. All ability levels are welcome. All movements are geared to your body and ability even if you have any balance or movement issues.
Classes are cancelled when schools are closed due to weather.
