 Practicing Mindful Self-Compassion is Mindfulness, Self-Kindness and Connectedness; it is treating yourself the same way you would treat a friend during a difficult time. The benefits of Mindful Self-Compassion including boosting happiness, increasing positive sense of self, reducing stress and building resilience. When you motivate yourself with kindness rather than self-criticism, you can relate wholeheartedly to others, and be more authentic. Research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional well-being; less anxiety, depression, and stress; and satisfying personal relationships.

 Please invite friends and family, including teenagers and young adults.
